1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order

House of Abia specializes in bespoke tailoring and made-to-order garments. Each piece is crafted to your unique specifications. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Orders & Payments

A full payment or agreed deposit is required to initiate a bespoke commission. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include relevant taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Timeline

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, delivery timelines for bespoke pieces typically range from 6 to 10 weeks. While we strive to meet all estimated dates, craftsmanship takes time, and we prioritize quality over speed.

4. Returns & Alterations

Bespoke garments are created specifically for you and are generally non-refundable. However, we provide professional fittings and alterations to ensure your garment fits perfectly.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and content on this website are the intellectual property of House of Abia.
